I can hardly stand it!

The actual first pitch is moments away, and the ceremony -- one of sport's coolest traditions -- has just condcluded. The Boston Pops played the national anthem, Senator Kennedy threw out the first pitch, the Red Sox came in through the stands, the opposing players were roundly booed, and Johnny Pesky said "Play Ball!" It was everything you would expect. ~Boston Globe

And I'm in work:-( But I'm on my way home soonnnnn.....

Lunch time. Headphones on listening to GameDay Audio. They scored 3 runs while listening in the bottom of the 3rd. Bummed I can't see the pregame ceremonies. Hope I can find it somewhere on the net. Will have to keep gameday on to peek on the score when lunch is over.

Loved seeing yesterday's Orioles/Yankees score and the booing of Texieria!!

GO SOX!!!

Hi Flygirl, cool post. That's great that the Boston pop played the National Anthem and that Senator Kennedy through out the first ball. Sounds like a great season opener!
